CARL HOLTMAN
Carl Holtman brings over two decades of experience in international education, nonprofit leadership, and community development to his role on the Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. As Co-Founder of Be the Voice of Girls, Carl leads initiatives that empower young women globally through storytelling, language learning, and leadership development.
After nearly 20 years working in Turkey, Carl returned to Ohio, where he has also served in roles such as President of the Whitehall-Bexley Rotary Club and Board President of Our Helpers, a nonprofit supporting New Americans through education and workforce readiness. His work includes expanding access to educational assessments and piloting virtual reality-based instruction programs for immigrant communities.
Carl is passionate about building inclusive, opportunity-rich communities and brings that commitment to his work with the Chamber, helping to foster economic vitality and civic engagement across the Bexley area.
