The Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce gives back to the community in many ways. We are proud sponsors and supporters of many events and organizations! Bexley City Schools-Member: Everyone is familiar with the Bexley Athletic Boosters but did you know that there are smaller clubs in need of your assistance? Many business leaders were once active in Speech & Debate. Help support the leaders of tomorrow by contributing to the Bexley Speech & Debate Team. The team travels throughout Ohio and neighboring states and hosts a tournament every January bringing in teams from all over Ohio. Last year the Policy Debate team represented Bexley High School and the community at the National Forensic League Tournament.

Are you interested in mentoring budding engineering or technology students? Would you like to have your name on a robot to be seen at competitions? Then the Bexley Robotics Team may be a great fit for you!

Bexley Community Foundation-Member: The mission of the Bexley Community Foundation is to sustain and enhance Bexley as a special place to live, learn, work and play. Every dollar to the Bexley Community Foundation is reinvested in Bexley organizations, ideas and projects – allowing our community to dream big for Bexley.

Bexley Education Foundation-Member: BRAVO!, the Bexley Education Foundation’s biggest fundraiser of the year is held every Spring. Funds raised at BRAVO! support the Foundation’s grant-making program, encouraging and enhancing excellence in the Bexley City Schools. This fun evening, thanks to donations from scores of local businesses, will include more than a dozen tempting tasting stations, a raffle, children’s art auction and a silent auction! Bexley Volunteer Organization: The Bexley Volunteer Organization is a group that brings all members of the community together to help Bexley and Columbus. It is a volunteer organization that helps connect lesser-known groups that need volunteer help to people in Bexley who are willing to give that help. www.bexleyvolunteerorganization.org

Bexley Women’s Club-Member: BWC celebrates and brings together the ideals of the Bexley community and its history while at the same time promoting education. The annual Bexley House & Garden Tour raises money to provide scholarships to graduating Bexley Seniors. You or your company has the opportunity to sponsor the tour, volunteer, or provide a named scholarship.

On June 5, 2016 Bexley Women’s Club (BWC) will host its 9th annual Bexley House & Garden Tour. Nine (9) unique and historical homes and gardens in Bexley will be featured. Proceeds from the event support the Bexley Women’s Club scholarship program, which provides scholarships to high school seniors who reside in Bexley.
